Biography:
Guide / Outdoor Educator
Stephen Gale has been a passionate rock climber, kayaker, canoeist and backpacker for over 11 years. Stephen has climbed all around the world in places like Yosemite Valley, Australia, France, Mexico, England and New Zealand. For the last five years Stephen as been a rock climbing instructor, teacher and guide, for a range of different companies.
Stephens kayaking has also taken him around the world, he has competed at an international level with Australian teams and instructed for the last eight years. He has spent two years as an instructor with the world renowned Madawaska Canoe Center. Stephen was bought up in an outdoor family lifestyle and has been hiking for 15 years.
He has been a guide for the famous Cradle Mountain Huts in Tasmania, and has represented Australia internationally in Orienteering as well as holding the title as Australian Rogaining champion. Overall Stephen has a wonderful passion for the outdoors and loves sharing his skills and experiences with any who like to experience the outdoors and it's lifestyle.
